Meet Rajeev Bhandari, the founder of RSM Tech Engineering – an engineering service provider company that provides companies job-work with 100% gauge checking, visual inspection, reaming, dial gauge checking, deburing and deflashing services etc. Beside these, RSM Tech Engineering also provide all kind of secondary services to manufacturing companies in India.
The firm started in Doddaballapur, Bengaluru in 2013, when he was just 25 years old, and that opportunity gave him the chance he had been waiting to prove his skills and with a team of 05 people including him and his sister (Sunitha Rawal Bhandari) and wife (Asha Bhandari). Their hard and smart work with +16 hours daily task to support productivity, quality and services and on time supply to customers made them successful enterprise. At the initial stage due to low financial status he had to hire Auto to deliver the products, but sometimes the story used to be different. “Sometimes, we even unable to get auto to hire at late night for delivery of products in time, so they used their bicycle for delivering goods. After one year he built a strong team of 25 people with bigger horizon and bigger goals.
RSM Tech Engineering today has 60+ employees, who take care of different aspects of the business. This startup registered a turnover of Rs. 50 lakhs within its first year of service and Rajeev says they continue growing from strength-to-strength.
“Yes the business has not been the same since he started. There have been many odds like financial and quality services while providing good and better service on our quality and support was questioned. But our ability to service the client 24×7 and the ability to maintain the quality of service in the best way possible has cemented their faith in us,” says Rajeev. Considering his greatest achievements of molding a team of youngsters, other new venture envy upon. “The bonding among the team is so intense, that it is visible through the work we deliver. The team has equipped itself to compete even with the best in the industry and the thirst to continue to acquire knowledge is the driving force, which keeps strengthening them,” says Rajeev proudly.
The company currently is based in Doddaballapur, Karnataka and planning to extend more units in Bengaluru, but over the next five years Rajeev wants to become the best service provider in the country with 100+ employees. “We would also love to inspire young minds and give talented people a platform to present themselves,” he says.
When we asked what is the story behind his company name, and he said, “RSM includes all my family members initials, Father, Mother and my siblings.”
